EllisDon is an employee-owned global construction services company headquartered in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. It maintains offices throughout Canada and two in the United Arab Emirates and also operates in the United States and the West Indies. Most projects are within Canada, but it was worked on projects in distant locations like Latvia and Lithuania. Completing in excess of $2.5 billion in new construction annually, EllisDon employs approximately 1,400 people, of which 1,014 are in Canada.

Founded in London, Ontario, the company's name is derived from the names of the founders, Don Smith and David Ellis Smith. EllisDon was the first Can­adian contractor to purchase and operate its own tower crane in 1956. It established the first fully computerized accounting and cost-control system used in the industry.
