McBains, the new name for McBains Cooper, is a self-contained property and construction consultancy providing a bespoke range of services to corporate clients and public bodies across the UK and Europe, and with wider global capability.

McBains Cooper was formed in 1993 with the merger of McBains (a London-based practice of Project Managers, Quantity and Building Surveyors founded in 1925) and Henry Cooper (a regionally-based firm with roots going back to 1785). In 2017, the company revealed a name change to McBains. It is headquartered in London.
