This exclusive leadership forum provides an interactive platform where the most prevalent issues hindering infrastructure  development will be explored. A key focus will be deep exploration of the opportunities and challenges that exist for further development through the collaboration of public  and private stakeholders.  It will seek to address the following questions:  • What role does the private sector have to play in the development of large-scale infrastructure projects in Africa? • What are the key challenges inhibiting private sector participation in infrastructure projects in Africa? * What are the opportunities that public and private sector need to leverage? • What incentives and vehicles do governments provide for private participation in infrastructure projects in Africa?
