City in Indiana seeks developer for police station and public garage through PPP

The City of Fishers, Hamilton County, Indiana (USA) has issued a Request for Proposal and Qualifications (RFPQ) to firms interested in submitting a proposal and statement of qualifications to:

  • Develop, design, build, and finance the City’s Police Station. 
  • Develop, design, build, finance, maintain, manage and operate a Public Parking Garage.
  • Remodel the interior of the City’s current police station as office space where City departments will relocate.

The Police Station and Garage shall be constructed on City-owned property commonly referred to as 3 Municipal Drive, where the City’s Court and IT Department are currently located. This portion of the Project includes demolition of the City Building and preparing the Project Site, in all respects, for the Project.

 The City’s budget for the Project, including the Preliminary Services, is between US$12 million -US$14 million

Interested developers must submit their proposals on or before October 14th at 10:00 am (local hour).
