Eurovia appoints new management team

EUROVIA, a subsidiary of the Vinci Group, has announced a new management structure, with effect from 1 March 2014.

Pierre Anjolras has been appointed Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Eurovia.

Mr Anjolras is replaced by Xavier Neuschwander who has joined Eurovia as Deputy Chief Executive Officer overseeing the international sector and public-private partnerships. Xavier Neuschwander headed Vinci Construction Terrassement and since 2010, had been leading the design-build group for the LGV Sud-Europe Atlantique (COSEA) high speed railway project.

In addition, Jean-Damien Pô has been appointed as director of human resources and general secretary of Eurovia, following his previous role as the head of human resources development at Vinci.

The remainder of Eurovia's executive committee comprises: Guy Vacher, deputy chief executive officer, overseeing France, Belgium and specialized subsidiaries; Patrick Jutier, chief financial officer; and Claude Lascols, director.

Eurovia is present in 16 countries and employs 41,000 people. In 2013, it achieved sales of €8,600 million. The company build transportation infrastructure and develop industrial, commercial and recreational facilities in urban settings, it also produce and sell construction materials and provide infrastructure maintenance and related services.
