The International Finance Corporation (IFC) is looking into hiring a legal advisory firm to assist in introducing a public private partnership (PPP) model for the development of the Outpatient Hemodialysis Centers project in Bosnia Herzegovina.
The IFC is in the process of being retained by the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina Ministry of Health to act as lead advisor.
The tentative scope of the work of the legal consultant will include:
Interested parties must submit their expressions of interest on or before 23 March 2014.
IFC will supervise the work of the specialized consultants firms and the World Bank will to finance the assignment.
The project would involve design, construction and renovation, equipping, capital financing and operation (medical and nonmedical services) of six outpatient dialysis centers for patients referred by the public hospitals and or health centers in the catchment area.
