Luxembourg has launched a tender process to seek a private partner for the development of a PPP school project.

The private partner will be in charge of the design, financing, construction, operation and maintenance of the Lycée Technique (future Lycée Gabriel Lippmann) in Bonnevoie, an area of south-eastern Luxembourg City, for a concession period of 25 years.

The school must be completed and put into operation for the school year 2020/2021. The construction design is characterized by a wide range of facilities dedicated to a multitude of sport activities.

The country will award the contract to the most economically advantageous bid in terms of the criteria stated in the specifications.

The deadline for submitting proposals is March, 6 2017.
