The Ministry of Health of Macedonia has launched a tender process for a public private partnership for the construction of two multi-storey parking places in Complex Clinique Mother Tereza, Skopje.

The object of the contract is finance, design, facility construction, usage, managing and maintenance of the new facility - two multi-storey parking places, that shall be constructed on land in possession of Republic of Macedonia located on Complex Clinique Mother Tereza Skopje. The PPP Contract shall be established as concession for public service for period of 35 years.

The subject of the contract is not divided into parts as defined in the technical specification. The bidder must submit an offer for all component elements of the procurement subject. Otherwise the bid will be deemed as null and void.

The deadline for submission of proposals is 23 December 2013.
