MBL Infrastructure bags the Maharashtra Border road project

On 9 Feburary 2013, MBL Infrastructures Limited was awarded the Project to develop a 46.96km road from Garra-Waraseoni up to Maharashtra Border in the State of Madhya Pradesh by Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation Ltd.

Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation Ltd. will pay an annuity of Rs. 8.15 crores (US$ 1.5 million) every six months. Besides annuity, MBL shall have the right to collect toll from the road users. The concession period is 15 years and the construction period is 730 days. The Project cost is over 100 crores (US$ 18 million).

The company is also executing Waraseoni Lalbarra Road Project on Annuity + Toll basis and Seoni - Katangi to Maharashtra Border Road Project on BOT basis in nearby areas. Financial closures for these projects have been achieved.
