NHAI awards Sadbhav engineering road project in Haryana

Sadbhav Engineering has received the Letter of Award (LOA) been selected from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for the 4-Laning of Rohtak to Hissar section of NH-10 from km 87.000 to km 170.000 including connecting link from km 87.000 (NH-10) to km 348.000 (NH-71) to be executed as BOT (Toll) project under NHDP Phase III in the state of Haryana.

The project on Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Transfer (DBFOT) basis in Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) (Toll),  has a total Length of 98.810 Km.

The estimated total cost for the development of the said project stands at Rs. 12,100 million (US$225 million). The company has quoted Rs. 2,115 million (US$39.3 million) towards grants for the project.

The concession period of 22 years including construction period of 910 days will start from December 26, 2013 appointed date.

Sadbhav Engineering (SEL) is one of the largest BOT developers in the road sector in India with good project execution skills. SEL operates in the four distinct business areas in the infrastructure sector viz. BOT road projects, cash contract-based road projects, irrigation projects and mining.
