The Infrastructure Concession Regulatory Commission (ICRC) of Nigeria together with the World Bank is looking a qualified Senior Monitoring  and Evaluation Specialist for the implementation of  a Public Private Partnership (PPP) Project.Download Request for Expression of interest
The ICRC has also published another expression of interest for "highly qualified consultants as financial modeler to provide financial analysis/modelling support to the ICRC and other key Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) participating in this PPP Program."
Download Request for Expression of interestIt seems like they are starting to hire advisors so it is not very likely that they will tender any PPP project before year 2011 ends.The ICRC has released another press release stating that they are exploring islamic finance for infarstructure PPP projects. This follows some days of controversy around the topic.
