Norway tenders Sortland fire station through PPP

Sortland Kommune, the Municipality of Sortland (Norway), has launched a tender process to carry out a Fire Station public private partnership (PPP) project.

The project involves the development of a new fire station with an area of approximately 1500 m². The project also includes an option for an associated/co-located ambulance station with an area of approximately 343 m².

The concession contract will have a period of 25 years.

Interested parties must submit their pre-qualification documents on or before 27 November 2015.

Sortland is a town and municipality in Nordland county, Norway. It is the largest town and commercial centre in Vesterålen. The number of citizens in approximately 10,000.
