How are you doing? There are so many PPP projects in India that we are having a hard time to follow all of them. InfraK is consuming a lot of our resources and we are trying to cathc up as fast as we can.Today, I want to introduce you to a two PPP projects for the construction of different building:
a) Andhra Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation Ltd. (APTDC) has invited Expression of Interest (EoI) for development of a Business Class Budget Hotel near Durgam Cheruvu, Madhapur, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh on BOT basis for a period of 33 years under Public Private Partnership mode. The proposed concept envisaged for 'Business Class Hotel' at Cheruvu is 100 Plus Air Conditioned Rooms with couple of Restaurants, Gym & Health Club etc. Last date for submitting the EoI is September 30, 2010.b) The Magadh University, Bodh-Gaya proposes to establish an International Convention Centre at Bodh-Gaya on an earmarked site measuring 25.2 acres with Public Private Partnership (PPP) on BOT basis. The project is located 2.5 Km from the World Heritage Site of Mahabodhi Temple and 4.0 Km from Gaya Airport. 100% FDI is under the automatic route for this industry. The project will be offered for an authorization period of 30 years (extendable by 30 years). A pre-bid meeting will be held on Sep 29, 2010 at Bodh-Gaya. Last date of submission is October 21, 2010.
