New South Wales has announced that Transport for NSW will shortly invite suitably qualified organisations to participate in an Expression of Interest (EOI) to undertake the finance, design, construction, operation and maintenance of a new light rail system for the CBD and south east Sydney and the operation and maintenance of the Inner West Light Rail (Central Station to Dulwich Hill).  The project is to be delivered as a Public Private Partnership (PPP).

Organisations have the opportunity to pre register for the Sydney Light Rail PPP Invitation for EOI. The pre registered organisations will receive the Invitation once the procurement process commences.

The release of the Invitation will be on 21 October 2013 and an industry briefing will occur on 22 October 2013. Further details will be provided to pre registered organisations.
