The City of Regina has shortlisted three teams  to submit bids to design, build and partially finance the Regina football stadium P3 project.

The project is a Public private partnership (P3) to design, build and finance a $278-million, 33,000-seat stadium.

Out ff the seven groups that submitted a bid, only three were chosen to move into the Request For Proposals (RFP) phase of the project.

  1. Bouygues Construction Graham Community Partners,
  2. Clark Builders-Turner Construction,
  3. PCL Construction Management

After the evaluation criteria is approved by city council, the RFP process is to begin in July. The firms were evaluated on their team members' experience, their design capability, their management record and their financial capabilities

Deloitte prepared the Feasibility Studies for the P3 project.
