Regional government in Poland tenders waste PPP

The government of Gmina Lipinki, in southern Poland, has launched a tender process to develop a waste processing facility through the public private partnership (PPP) model.

The private partner will be responsible for the development, operation and maintenance of the new facilities during a 15 year concession period.

The contract value is estimated at PLZ10 million (US$2.6 million)

Interested parties must submit their request to participate in Polish on or before April 4, 2016.

Gmina Lipinki is located approximately 11 km east of Gorlice and 107 km south-east of the regional capital Kraków. The gmina covers an area of 66.16 km2 and a its total population is approximately 7,000 inhabitants.
