Wezembeek-Oppem tenders public buildings PPP

Wezembeek-Oppem, a municipality in the Belgian province of Flemish Brabant, 10 kilometres east of the centre of Brussels, has launched a tender process to seek a private partner for the development of public buildings.

The promotion contract is for regional development, especially the development center of Wezembeek-Oppem. The main object of the contract is to design, build and pre-finance the regional development in the center of the town.

The project is divided into two programs:

  • A public building program consisting of the construction of a New Administrative Center (NAC) and the construction of the Dutch municipal primary school "The Letter Biter" and renovating and reallocating the existing old part of the town (included in the heritage inventory). It also includes a new square and a public park behind the area of the NAC.
  • A private program consisting of the park housing units, the housing units in the zone of the NAC, the residential units along the Jozef De Keyzer Street and the shops along the Jozef De Keyzer Street.

The deadline ofr submitting proposals is December, 12.
