The word needs more infrastructure, particularly in developing countries. But not just any infrastructure. To achieve the economic, social and environmental objectives embodied by the Paris Agreement and the Sustainable Development Goals (SGDs), this infrastructure must be sustainable, low-carbon and climate resilient.
