Task force advises PPP for multi-billion Helsinki-Tallinn tunnel

task force chaired by the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the government of Finland has recommended private sector involvement for the Helsinki-Tallinn Tunnel project. This involves the construction of an undersea railway tunnel linking the capital cities of Finland and Estonia, also called the FinEst Link.
