Coalianza has awarded to Constructora Milenio the concession contract for the design, build, financing, operation and maintenance of "La Lima mi Ciudad está en Desarrollo" urban PPP project located in the municipality of La Lima (Honduras).

The project involves the paving of thirteen streets with hydraulic concrete. Constructora Milenio will design, build, finance and provide maintenance for the project. 

The construction works are expected to be completed in a year. The total budget for the project is estimated at US$7.6 million and the concession contract will have a period of 15 years.

This urban regeneration project aims to improve road infrastructure Ia city; providing pathways that enable economic and social development of this sector of the country, generating savings in travel times in fuel consumption as well as the generation of direct and indirect employment.
