Health PPP tendered in Poland

Gmina Czerwieńsk, an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in western Poland, has launched a tender process to develop a Health Care Center.

The project will be developed through the public private partnership (PPP) model on design, build, finance and operation (DBFO) basis. The project involves the upgrade of an existing building to be used as a rehabilitation center.

Gmina Czerwieńsk covers an area of 195.93 Km2 and its total population is approximately 10,000 inhabitants.

The concession has an estimated value of €5.225 million (US$5.88 million). Interested parties must submit their proposals in Polish on or before 28 June 2016.

Last month we reported that Gorczańskie Wody Termalne launched a tender process to carry out an hotel through the public private partnership (PPP) model in Poręba Wielka, a village in the administrative district of Gmina Niedźwiedź in southern Poland.
