London borough issues PIM for a residential scheme

The London Borough of Brent has launched a preliminary information memorandum (PIM), seeking to procure a delivery partner to carry out a high quality residential led mixed use redevelopment of the Peel site, located in NW6.

The Peel site sits at the centre of South Kilburn and forms part of phase three of the redevelopment programme for South Kilburn. The total estimated investment for the project stands at GBP135 million (US$174 million).

The South Kilburn Masterplan will deliver:

  • 2,400 homes of which around 1,200 will be made available to existing South Kilburn residents
  • A new larger high quality urban park
  • A new local primary school
  • New health facilities
  • Improved environmental standards
  • An improved public realm
  • A site-wide energy solution

The Council are asking interested parties to:

  • Complete a short survey and register your contact details (please find link in the MOI document).
  • The Developer Days will be held in South Kilburn on the 13.6.2017 and 15.6.2017. Attendees will be provided with a specific slot to meet with the Council and its advisers. Please see the MOI on how to confirm your attendance at the developer day.
