On 2 May 2013, Suratgarh Bikaner Toll Road Company Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of MBL Infrastructures Limited, has achieved the financial closure of its project for developing and operation of Bikaner - Suratgarh Section of NH-15 in the State of Rajasthan.

The project is to be executed with a concession period of 16 years including construction period of 24 months. The project is for two laning with paved shoulder of 172.384km of Bijaner - Suragarh Section of NH - 15 in the State of Rajasthan. The debt component for the project is financed by a consortium of 5 Public Sector banks.

MBL infrastructures Limited had won the project on 10 January 2012.
