AES Gener S.A. (Gener) is a private company, essentially oriented to the electrical power generation in Chile (South America). Its main role is supplying electrical power in a sustainable, efficient and safe way, following all the agreements with their clients, workers, local communities, stakeholders and all the people related with AES-Gener. AES Gener delivers energy to the National Electric System, which is generated by run-of-river hydroelectric power plants, coal-fired thermoelectric plants, to diesel, biomass, solar and energy storage banks.
