AviAlliance is an airport management company headquartered in Essen. The company was founded in 1997 as Hochtief AirPort, a subsidiary of the international construction service provider Hochtief. 

As an airport manager AviAlliance acquires shareholdings in private airports and operates these as independent commercial enterprises.

The company has built up an attractive and balanced portfolio, with shareholdings in the airports of Athens, Budapest, Düsseldorf, Hamburg and Tirana. In 2015, these airports together handled 68.5 million passengers.
