Herdoíza Crespo Construcciones S.A. (HCC) is a subsidiary of the Ecuadorian Herdoíza Guerrero group established in 1976 for the construction of road infrastructure and civil works in Ecuador. Based in Quito and with branches in Colombia, Peru and Bolivia, it was awarded in 2018 the construction of the northern section of the Ibarra Transport Infrastructure upgrade project (ring road) from Camal Municipal to Chorlaví. In addition, it provides road services in the Ecuadorian Pan-American Highway through its subsidiary Panamericana Vial S.A.
