The Export-Import Bank of China is a state-funded and state-owned policy bank with the status of an independent legal entity. It is a bank directly under the leadership of the State Council and dedicated to supporting ChinaÂ’s foreign trade, investment and international economic cooperation. The company offers export sellerÂ’s credit, export buyerÂ’s credit, import credit, and preferential and mixed loans from foreign governments and financial institutions to the Chinese government. It also provides trade finance, including international and exchange settlement finance.
