Fukuoka Airport Building Co., Ltd. was established in April 1967 by the City the business community of Kyushu and airline companies, commissioned to construct and operate the terminal buildings at Fukuoka Airport. Ever since, they have undertaken construction, expansion and renovation of terminal buildings and enhanced facilities to meet the increasing aviation demands during the high economic growth period.Fukuoka Airport HD Group, a consortium led by Fukuoka Airport Holdings, and comprised of Nishi-Nippon Railroad, & other member entered into a Basic Agreement with JapanÂ’s Ministry on June 26, 2018.
