The Company's expertise is derived from the combined skills and domain knowledge of each of its partners who all have decades of hands-on expertise in port development and administration, terminal operations process and commercial management of port facilities. GMAPS' partners were among a core group of the Port of Singapore Authority officers who developed the wharf facilities to start containerisation in Singapore in the 1970s and who later carried on with creating new infrastructure which enabled the port to grow continuously over subsequent years.
