GRH is New England’s producer of conventional hydropower, using the power of flowing water to generate electricity. The company's facilities on the Connecticut and Deerfield Rivers in New Hampshire, Vermont, and Massachusetts produce renewable, carbon-free electricity to power 213,000 homes throughout the region. Great River Hydro’s 13 generating stations and 3 storage-only reservoirs have been providing critical energy services to New England for over 100 years.
