The Council of Andalusia (Spanish: Junta de AndalucĂ­a) is the government of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia. It consists of the Andalusian Legislature, the Governor of Andalusia and the Andalusian Governing Board. The 2011 budget was 31.7 billion euros. It employees about 500,000 workers. The Parliament of Andalusia is the House of Assembly for the region. Its main functions are to enact, amend or repeal laws and to appoint/remove the Governor.
