In April 2002, the firm was converted into a Company and incorporated as a ‘private limited’ company under the Indian Companies Act, 1956 through the Part IX provisions of the Act. Today, it specializes in the manufacture and execution of medium and large diameter turnkey pipeline contracts using Pre-Stressed Concrete (PSC) Pipes, Mild Steel (MS) Pipes and Bar Wrapped Steel Cylinder (BWSC) Pipes for Water Supply and Drainage pipeline systems including all allied civil works.
