Citybranch was established in 1982 and is an award-winning property development and investment company based in South Manchester. Over the past 30 years, the company has acquired and developed a variety of commercial and residential projects concentrating primarily in the North West of England. The company was formed as a long-term institutional investor but more recently acquired shopping centres as medium-term investments with greater asset management / redevelopment potential in the longer term.
