MGS Corporation is a 100% Filipino owned corporation registered with the Securities & Exchange Commission on October 9, 1979. The Company manages a multi-million peso enterprise engaged in construction, ready-mix concrete, manufacturing, and trading, primarily of construction products and services.

 

MGS Corporation originally started as Metro Gravel & Sand, Inc. engaged in the hauling of gravel and sand to various development projects in Metro Manila. Its operations expanded over the years venturing into other business undertakings like ready-mix concrete, subdivision development, manufacturing and trading of construction materials and other related products. As a result, the company was transformed into a holding corporation to firmly consolidate its operations.

 

At present, the company has subsidiaries catering to various markets, namely; MGS Construction, which includes Housing & Land Development, MGS Besser Blocks, MGS Ready-mix, MGS International Trading, First Metrogas, Inc. and MGS General Insurance Services, Inc.
