Navelena S.A.S., a JV between Brazilian conglomerate Odebrecht and Colombia's Valores y Contratos S.A. (ValorCon), is a construction consortium focused on the design, construction, operation, maintenance and financing of a project to recover the navigability of Colombia's main waterway, Magdalena river. The project comprises over 160 channeling works in the 256km stretch between Puerto Salgar, in the Cundinamarca department, and Barrancabermeja, in the Santander department, as well as navigability maintenance services between Barranquilla, in the Atlántico department.
