PIR SA is a State Treasury company managing assets located in 4 Closed-End Investment Funds of Non-public Assets created on the TFI BGK platform. The funding provided by the funds is to enable the implementation of large investment projects. To this end, the funds offer a wide range of financial instruments, from subordinated debt similar to bank financing, to equity investments typical of private equity funds. The projects financed by the funds are to contribute to the development and improvement of the competitiveness of Polish enterprises, local governments and infrastructure.
