Company description

Reliance Rail entered into the NSW Rolling Stock Public Private Partnership with Sydney Trains in December 2006 to finance, manufacture and maintain 626 suburban passenger train carriages for Sydney’s rail network. Reliance Rail is a special purpose vehicle established exclusively to deliver the PPP Project. It is owned by interests managed by AMP Capital Investors and International Public Partnerships.
