Shanghai Rural Commercial Bank (or “SHRCB”) was established on 25 August 2005. It is a state-owned bank headquartered in Shanghai and the first provincial-level commercial bank from the joint-stock reform of rural credit cooperatives in China. On August 19th, 2021, the Bank was successfully listed on the main board of the A-share market (stock code 601825).
