The Group's 47,000 employees deliver 30 million service hours a year across hundreds of specialist services to industry sectors including: health, education, leisure (sport and entertainment), defence, government, resources, business and industry, and laundries.
In August 2012, Spotless was purchased by Australia's largest and most active private equity player, Pacific Equity Partners (PEP). Â The firm sold off Spotless' international operations, delisted the company from the Australian and New Zealand stock exchanges and commenced operating as a private entity.
