Boston Development Collaborative, LLC (BREC)

Company description

Boston Real Estate Collaborative (BREC) was founded in 2010 by Brent Berc, Will Avanessian and Patrick Haydon on the premise that a more collaborative development process, between owner, developer, architect and builder, would result in smarter planning, a more efficient design and construction process and ultimately better projects. Using this approach and marrying the partnerÂ’s expertise under one roof, BREC has built a track record of success that has earned it a reputation as one of BostonÂ’s premier, local development companies. In 2012, lacking a property management solution that fit the companyÂ’s needs, the next logical step for the partners was to make strategic hires and bring property management in-house with the creation of BREC Management.
