Colombian National Infrastructure Agency (ANI) has announced the shortlists for two road PPP projects part of the 4G Concessions Program.

The concessions and the teams selected are:

Santander de Quilichao - Popayán highway

The project cost is estimated at P1.2 billion (US$620 million).

The road concession period is 25 years. One year is for the pre-operational stage, 4 years for the construction and 20 years of the operation and maintenance.

The project consists of the construction of the second carriageway in a stretch of 76 kilometers, crossing the North - Center of the Cauca department. It also includes the construction of 23 bridges and 17 interchanges.

The list of ten consortia qualified for the next phase of the tender process is the following:

• Iridium Colombia Concesiones Varias S.A.S. (65 %),  Concesia S.A.S. (25%), and MC Victorias Tempranas S.A.S (10%);
• Hidalgo e Hidalgo S.A. Sucursal Colombia (85%) and Hidalgo e Hidalgo Colombia S.A.S. (15 %);
• KMA Construcciones Colombia (33%), Ortiz Construcciones y Proyectos Sucursal Colombia (34%) and Equipo Universal S.A (33%);
• Infraestructura Concesionada SAS (50 %), and Acciona Concesiones Chile (50 %);
• Strabag AG (70 %) and Concay S.A. (30 %);
• Cintra Infraestructura Colombia S.A.S. (55%), Ferrovial Servicios Colombia S.A.S. (25%) and Intervial Colombia S.A.S. (20%);
• Coninsa Ramon NH S.A. (5%), SP Ingenieros S.A.S. (20%), Procopal SA (5%), Cointer Concesiones (20%), Construcciones Rubau S.A. Sucursal Colombia (2o%), Sinohydro Group Ltda. (25%), Explanan S.A. (2.5%), and Ingeniería y Vias S.A.S (2.5%);
• Construcciones e Inversiones Beta S.A.S (25%), Copisa Colombia Sucursal de Copisa Constructora Pirenaica S.A. (26%) and IL&FS Transportation Networks (49%);
• OHL Concesiones Colombia (60%) and OHL Concesiones Chile (40%);
• Grupo Odinsa S.A. (35 %), Construcciones El Cóndor S.A. (25 %), Termotécnica Coindustrial S.A. (20%), Icein S.A.S. (10%) and  Mota - Engil Engenharia e Construcao S.A. (10 %).

Bogotá - Villavicencio sector 1

The project cost is estimated at P2.04 billion (US$1.055 billion).

The total concession period is 25 years. One year is for the pre-operational stage, 4 years for the construction and  20 years for the operation and maintenance.

It includes the construction of the dual carriageway in the route between Bogota and Villavicencio with a total length of 34 kilometers. It includes the construction of 6 tunnels with a total length of 4.5 kilometers and 16 bridges.

The list of ten consortia qualified for the next phase of the tender process is the following:

• Constructora Andrade Gutiérrez (60 %), Pavimentos Colombia S.A.S.(30 %) and SAINC Ingenieros Constructores (10 %);
• Iridium Colombia Desarrollo de infraestructuras S.A.S. (60 %),  Concesia S.A.S. (24%) and MC Victorias Tempranas S.A.S (16%);
• Strabag AG (70 %) and Concay S.A. (30 %);
• CSS Constructores SA (40 %), Controladora de Operaciones de Infraestructuras S.A. (35 %), ALCA Ingenieria S.A.S. (5%) and Latinoamericana de Construcciones S.A. (20 %);
• Mario Alberto Huertas Cotes (37.5%), Constructora Meco Sociedad Anónima Sucursal Colombia (25%) and Hidalgo y Hidalgo SA Sucursal Colombia (37.5 %);
• Tradeco Infraestructura Sucursal Colombia (40 %), Isolux Ingeniería S.A.S Sucursal Colombia (40%) and Construvicol S.A (20%);
• Cintra Infraestructura Colombia S.A.S. (55%), Ferrovial Servicios Colombia S.A.S. (25%) and Intervial Colombia S.A.S. (20%);
• Vinci Concessions S.A.S. (50 %) and Constructora Conconcreto S.A. (50 %);
• China Gezhouba Group Company Limited sucursal Colombia CHINA (50%) and Benton SAS (50%);
• Odebrecht Latinvest Colombia S.A.S. (25 %) and Consultora Norberto Odebrecht de Colombia Ltda. (75 %);
