The City Government of Batangas, Philippines, has received and accepted an unsolicited proposal of Batangas Ventures Properties and Management Corporation (BVPMC) for the Multi-Purpose Transport Terminal PPP project.
The project entails the construction, development and operation of a new transport terminal. It also includes development of commercial and mixed-used facilities to complement the transport terminal. The project will be carry out in a 23,511 m² property of the City located along the diversion road of Barangay Alangilan.
Interested developers must submit their notarized expression of interest (NEOI) to submit comparative proposals on or before June 22, 2015 at the City Planning and Development Coordinator (CPDC) Office.
Batangas is located on the southwestern part of Luzon in the Calabrazon region. Its capital is Batangas City and it is bordered by the provinces of Cavite and Laguna to the north and Quezon to the east. Batangas is one of the most popular tourist destinations near Metro Manila and it has the second largest international seaport in the Philippines after Metro Manila.
