The Croatian Center for Monitoring Business Activities in the Energy Sector and Investments (CEI) has launched a tender process for the Town of Koprivnica schools PPP project.

The project involves the design, construction, extension or reconstruction, finance and maintenance of two primary schools and an art school. The project includes:

• Elementary school ?uro Ester: a reconstruction of the existing school building and construction of a two-part sports hall, all in the concept of energy efficiency and landscaping for outdoor sports areas, green areas, traffic areas, parking lots and other landscaping of the building.

• Elementary school Podolice: a construction of school and dual sports hall, all in the concept of energy efficiency and landscaping for outdoor sports areas, green areas, parking lots and other landscaping of the building.

• Art school Fortunat Pintari: a reconstruction of the existing school building, construction-upgrade of a new school building and reconstruction of the Synagogue, all in the concept of energy efficiency and landscaping of the building.

The capital value of the project is estimated at HRK100 million (US$14.2 million).

Interested parties must submit their requests to participate on or before 27 April 2015.
