DIF appoints two new Partners

DIF has promoted its Head of Asset Management, Angela Roshier and its Head of Investor Relations & Business Development, Allard Ruijs to Partners.

Angela Roshier has been with DIF since 2010. She is Head of Asset Management and oversees the asset management of DIF's PPP and renewable energy investments.

Prior to DIF, Angela was a member of 3i Plc and Actis' infrastructure teams. In her career she has contributed to the origination and asset management of a wide variety of infrastructure assets in the PPP, water, oil tanking and railway sectors, both in Europe and emerging markets. She holds an MBA from London Business School and an MA from the University of Cambridge.

Allard Ruijs joined DIF in 2007 as Managing Director in the investment team and in 2012 he assumed responsibility as Head of Investor Relations & Business Development. Allard oversees DIF's fund raising, investor relations, business development and marketing activities.

Prior to DIF he was active in different investment positions in infrastructure and private equity, among others as Head of private equity, infrastructure, commodities and special products at MnServices, one of the largest Dutch investment managers. Allard graduated in Accountancy from the University of Groningen, the Netherlands and is registered as Register Accountant (Chartered Accountant) with the Dutch Institute of Chartered Accountants.
