Eight consortia compete to advise Proinversion for Lima's metro concession Metro in LimaAccording to relevant sources, the public agency for the promotion of private investment in Peru, Proinversión, received yesterday the offers from consortia competing to be the consultant who will advise the agency in structuring the concession of Lima's metro line 2.At the reception of offers, the agency made public the consortia that will compete for the contract:
  • INECO, Ernst and Young and Ingeniería Planificación y Desarrollo
  • Getinsa Ingeniería, IDOM Ingeniería, Felipe  y Ochoa Asociados and Oficina de Ingeniería y Servicios Técnicos
  • Ingerop conseil, PricewaterhouseCoopers, GHISOLFO and TEC Cuatro.
  • SYSTRA, Asesores Técnicos Asociados and QRSOR
  • SENER, KPMG and Alpha Consult
  • Agencia de Obra Pública de la Junta de Andalucía, AYESA Perú, Advance Logistic Group and Europraxis-ALG Consulting Andina
  • Arup USA
  • Geodata Engineering, Universidad ESAN and Serconsult
The consortium formed by HC&Asociados, KV Consultores y Ingeniería, Proyectos y Obras, Bustrén PM, Equipos de Técnicos en Transporte y Territorio and Deloitte did not qualify as one of their documents did not comply with the requirements.On 18 June 2012 the agency will make public more public information regarding the technical evaluation of the mentioned offers.
