Greece launches tender for operation of two marinas

Τhe Hellenic Republic Assets Development Fund (HRADF) has announced the tender for the concession of the right to use, operate, manage and exploit:

  1. the marina of Chios and part of Port of Chios and/or
  2. the marina of Pylos and part of port of Pylos.
Chios is the fifth largest Greek island, situated in the Eastern part of the Aegean Sea. Pylos is a small and picturesque town of the Prefecture of Messinia. It is located at the South Western part of Peloponnese, at the south part of Navarino Bay.

The Tender Process will be conducted in the following two phases:

  • Phase A: Interested Parties are invited to express their interest to participate in the tender process. It will be completed with the nomination of  the Eligible Investors.
  • Phase B: Eligible Investors will be offered the opportunity to visit Chios Asset and/or Pylos Asset and to submit non-binding comments on the drafts of the concession agreements. Later, a RFP will be released and investors will be able to submit binding offers.

The deadline to submit Expression of Interest is 13 September 2013.
