Kuwait Authority for Partnership Projects (KAPP) has launched an invitation to submit proposals for in-house legal advisory for the public private partnership (PPP) projects program.

KAPP is looking to retain a legal advisor with international and regional experience in in infrastructure transactions, PPPs and project finance.

KAPP  is the focal point for the implementation of the PPP program, through its primary role as the entity responsible for tendering projects in cooperation with the relevant Public Entities. PPP projects span across multiple sectors, including but not limited to: power, healthcare, education, communication, transportation, real estate development, water and wastewater management, and solid waste management.

Interested parties must submit their technical and financial proposals for providing "In-House Legal Advisory for the PPP Projects Program" on or before 29 October 2015.

Two days ago we reported that KAPP in collaboration with Kuwait Municipality (KM) shortlisted five teams for the Kabd Municipal Solid Waste Project. Previously in late August KAPP in collaboration with the Ministry of Education shortlisted three teams for the Kuwait Schools Development Program.
