The total project investment is estimated at P5.556 billion (US$360 million).

Interested parties must submit their proposals on or before 24 September 2015. The preferred bidder is scheduled to be selected on 29 October 2015.

According to sources, it is expected that firms such as ICA, Pinfra and OHL México will bid for the project.
