NHAI tenders new PPP highway project in Gujarat There is a new highway project recently released by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) under the public private partnership model (PPP):
The scope of work includes widening of the existing 4 lane road to 6 lane of NH 8 from km. Km. 192.00 to Km.198.000 (Length 6.0 km.) and construction of a new four lane Extra Dose Bridge across river Narmada in the State of Gujarat on BOT(TOLL) on DBFOT Pattern of the following stretch of NH-8D:
  • Package No: NHAI/NHDP-IVB/MG/RFQ/2011/01
  • Section:  Six Laning of  Km. 192.00 to Km.198.000 between Vadodara - Surat section  of NH-8 including construction of a new four lane Extra Dose Bridge across river Narmada (Total length 6 km.) in the state of Gujarat on  DBFOT (Toll) basis under NHDP PhaseV
  • Lentgh: 6.0  Km
  • Indicative Total Project Cost (TPC) (Rs. In crores): 460.51 ($105 million)
