Wojewódzki Szpital Specjalistyczny nr 5 im. Å›w. Barbary, also known as the miners hospital, in Sosnowiec (Poland), has launched a tender process to upgrade the hospital complex through a PPP model.
The preferred bidder will have to develop an energy efficiency refurbishment and renovation project to upgrade eight buildings of the hospital complex. The team will be responsible for the design, build and finance of the project and the energy management of the buildings.
The final project scope, the concession period and the financial model, among others, will be defined in the terms of reference (TOR) at a future stage.
Interested parties must submit their request to participate on or before 6 November 2015.
Sosnowiec is a city county in Zag??bie DÄ…browskie, in southern Poland. Located in the eastern part of the Upper Silesian Industrial Region, it is one of the cities of the Katowice urban area. The population of the city is approximately 220,000 inhabitants.
Yesterday we reported that Gmina Gostycyn, in north-central Poland, launched a tender process for a building PPP project and two days before we reported that the government of Zgierz launched a tender process to upgrade buildings of educational institutions through a PPP model.
